Recognizing God’s divine plan and creating a new life takes time, patience, and determination. There is no quick fix.

But I did it, so I know it’s possible.

I am Darlene Sheardon, a professional speaker, life coach, and entrepreneur. I too am a survivor of domestic violence who has been scared. Broke. Broken. Confused.

When I left my abuser, I fled with just the clothes on my back and enough stuff in the baby bag for my infant daughter.

And I not only survived. I thrived.

God gave me the vision to create NuRevelations, a faith-based organization whose sole mission is to help formerly abused women rebuild their lives as they transition from victim to victor.

NuRevelations literally means, “In you, God has revelations for your life.” My goal is to help women discover their purpose and gain confidence in God’s design for their lives.

I do this through a series of life-changing, interactive workshops and seminars which help women take charge of their situation and live life by design.

In these workshops, participants learn to develop:

• Courage to head in a new direction and make desired life changes
• Balance in the areas of career, finance, spiritual, family, physical, social, and personal development
• A true sense of purpose
• Confidence in the ability to deal with life changes
• Knowledge of how to use their passions, personality, and skills for stewardship
• Skills to become an advocate for other victims of domestic/intimate partner violence
• Peace of mind
